Job Responsibility

  • Generally involves supporting website maintenance and updates, content management, and digital asset creation.
  • They use content management systems (CMS) to update web pages, add content, and manage digital assets, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Management

  • Updating and maintaining website content, including adding text, images, videos, and other digital assets.

Website Maintenance

  • Ensuring the website's functionality, including troubleshooting minor issues and performing routine checks.

Digital Asset Creation

  • Creating and managing various digital assets, such as social media graphics, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

CMS Proficiency

  • Using and maintaining the company's CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) to manage content and website structure.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensuring all website content and design adheres to brand guidelines and style guides.

Reporting

  • Generating reports on website usage and performance.

Collaboration

  • Working with other teams, such as marketing and development, to support website projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Diploma in related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content and digital assets.
  • HTML and CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website editing and formatting.
  • CMS Proficiency: Familiarity with common CMS platforms.
  • Design Skills: Basic understanding of design principles and digital asset creation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor website issues and identify solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively
