Job Scopes:Â

  • Achieve financial objectives for outlet and/or personal and group sales performance targets.
  • Maintain overall professional operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational systems and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide accurate information pertaining to service rendered and professional sales closing.
  • Provide good service to all customers and maintain a good image for the outlet.
  • Develop and sell marketing concepts to target customers.
  • Maintain utmost tidiness and ensure clean hygiene conditions of outlet during business operational hours.
  • Identify potential customers through walk-in, telemarketing and relevant marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly and enthusiastic approach to providing excellent service.
  • Sales Skills: Willingness to learn sales techniques and achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Knowledge: Ability to understand and follow operational procedures and hygiene standards.

Job Details

Working Hour: Outlet Operation is 9am to 9pm. 48 Hours per week.Â

Working Day: 6 Days per week

Working Location: - Will be supporting at Subang Parade in June.Â

Training and Working Location: Once hired will first train and work at Centrepoint outlet.Â

Off Day: Total 4 off days per month where one day can be on weekend

Rotational Shifts: Yes (Company will arrange the timetable,Usually weekdays shorter, weekend longer)

Basic: RM 2,200 (If really have related experience, can go for RM2500)Â

Open to Fresh Grad/ Intern / No experienceÂ
