This exciting opportunity presents a permanent role based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Meeting with the business and client teams (HR, Payroll & ADP) to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and deploying the Workday PECI integrations for Payroll Transformation project.
  • Building the prototypes and demonstrating them to the stakeholders.
  • Generating documentations of integration design, deployments, and support.
  • Analyzing implemented changes and makes further adjustments to processes as required.
  • Creating detailed system interface specifications, field mappings, and system process designs.
  • Troubleshooting and improving integration processes, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Providing guidance to technical teams.
  • Leading, managing, and ensuring desired outcomes for the project.
  • Escalating issues and recommendations.
  • Provide ideas to project team to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business.
  • Proactively assess risk across projects, take action to mitigate them, and create contingency plans.
  • Supporting the operations teams in technical understanding and deliver required documentations.


The Successful Applicant

  • Workday certified CCTPP with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in implementing PICOF and PECI integration for third-party payroll vendors, preferably with expertise in the ADP Global View Payroll system.
  • Familiarity with HCM processes and payroll data flow, including understanding related processes.
  • Proven leadership in overseeing a team during PECI integration implementations.
  • Demonstrated track record in PECI implementations within medium to large-sized projects, managing multi-regional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Report and procedure writing skills.
  • Highly organized, with good time management skills and the ability of multi-tasking.
  • Ability to identify, suggest and promote solutions to streamline integration development.
