Job Title: Workflow Manager

Client & Project Overview:

We are looking for a Workflow Manager to support our dynamic team in Cloud based application supporting the Google Workspace Support project for our client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, optimizing cloud computational resources to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule staffing available ageing's Volume Short Term Forecast provided by WFM withing weekly Billably Hours provided by the client.

• Ensure that: Speakeasy Agent's Aux usage is analyzed post mortem and relevant feedback is raised to local operation Skill it Ensure Agents are correctly skilled following client inputs and internal requirements Skill it will be solely accessed

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (CS preferred) required and professional experience of 2 years or more.

• Familiarity and experience on cloud-based applications running on Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience in running capacity management in operations.
