Dyson’s Delivery & Integration Office (DDIO) sits centrally within Dyson focused on driving excellence in Project Delivery; developing capabilities, independently governing ways of working and providing data driven insight to ensure project teams can deliver with efficiency, agility and focus.  As the size of Dyson’s Product Development Portfolio increases, coordination and governance of our project data is critical to maintaining an accurate picture of project maturity and where risks & issues to our delivery lie.

About the role

You will have a unique opportunity to work alongside a broad range of teams & disciplines including project management, design management, engineering, manufacturing and commercial.  Your focus will be on the creation, rationalisation and mapping of performance indices required for monitoring and governing our progress across Dyson’s complete product development portfolio.  Your efforts will simplify complex processes whilst bringing progress to life through consumable metrics.  You will drive efficiency, transparency, and traceability into core capabilities essential to Dyson’s ongoing success, identifying systems and tools to facilitate adherence to ways of working.

About you

• Preferably coming from an engineering background, you will have a keen incline towards statistics and analytics.


• A working knowledge of the principles of product development and of systems & tools such as Power BI & Tableau would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.


• You will have the ability to build positive relations with stakeholders representing all areas of the business.


• You will be comfortable working in ambiguity, solving complex problems with excellent analytical skills.


• You are a strong communicator able to impart your ideas clearly and concisely.


• You are self-aware, adapting your communication and ways of working to your environment and to your objectives.
