CENTER MANAGER (BEAUTY INDUSTRY)

1) Well understand on facial, body treatment and services –  

a) Excellent in Skin analysis – Determines skin types and skin conditions, and recommend the correct facials and products

b) Excellent in body analysis and recommend the correct treatment protocols

2) Excellent in all consultation, selling and closing:

a) Regular customers – Promote / Selling and closing of facial treatments, products and top ups

b) New customers – To evaluate customer needs and determine best options

3) Leadership Skills – 





-Manage, develop, coach, control and Motivate your employees, working with them to achieve growth, set and meet sales goals. Lead and ensure the team in number of consultations, maintaining satisfactory sales volume and quality performance / customer retention. 




-Established as a role model for others, encourage teamwork and cooperation among colleagues, guide all staffs to perform better / improve their skill for future career advancement



4) Management and Communication Skills – 





-Ensure smooth running of center operation, delegate work responsibility among staffs e.g. Follow up with customer, duties, stocks issue, machine issue, HQ reports and etc




-Be a good listener and speaker, to help employees understand your direction and principle. Resolve staff conflicts and may be in charge of hiring staff. Do not exercise any favoritism among staffs, treat all staffs equally good




-In some capacities, JV managers will set prices, sales and deals, and analyze current trends to set future sales goals. Developing creative promotions and cross selling key products and services, create new innovative ideas that can help to improve current system/operation. Monitored sales progress and achieved 100% of all personal sales / center sales goals throughout tenure



5) Customer Service and Communication Skills – 





-A big part of sales and leadership is Communication. Be a good listener and speaker, to help customers understand your direction and recommendation. You might need to speak / deal with dissatisfied customers and customer complaints, or entertain high profile clients. 



6) Friendly, efficient and courteous – Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, provide a high standard of customer care to all customers at all times, possess good customer relations skill with all customers. Built up a strong clientele list of customers and communicated with them regularly about upcoming product launches and sales promotions

-SKM Certificate




-Experience in Beautician for 5 years and above




-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Cantonese, Malay) will be an added advantage




-Able to start working immediately an added advantage




-Good communication skill




-Has a high interest in the field of beauty




-Can work in a team




-Disciplined and punctual




-Can be friendly with customers




-Possess a selling skills
