Job Scope:

• Able to handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.

• Able to handle and manage all loan documentations for mortgage, SME & corporate loan.

• Able to draft agreement with minimum supervision and errors. (for juniors, under supervision by a partner)

• Able to liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies.

• Able to advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.

• Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualification and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) and current Practicing Certificate.

• Preferably minimum five (5) years of practice in conveyancing field. For juniors, minimum one (1) year of practice in the conveyancing field. Fresh graduate is not encouraged to apply.

• Strong legal research skills.

• Able to work independently and as a team.

• Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.

• Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and to complete tasks within the timeline.

• Able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
