HR cum Admin Executive

We are seeking a dedicated HR cum Admin professional to handle both human resources and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our company. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:





-Oversee job postings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. 




-Ensure employee records are up-to-date and comply with labor laws




-Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees




-Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits




-Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues




-Organize and manage daily office operations and procedures




-Maintain and order office supplies as needed




-Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements




-Assist in creating reports and presentations




-Ensure a safe and pleasant working environment. Prepare and manage quotations and invoices

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 




-Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. 




-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities




-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)




-Knowledge of HR software and databases is an advantage




-Prefer Mandarin Speaking candidates
