Job Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in the "Civil" field
At least 5 years or more of working experience in "Civil & Structure" field
Proven experience in government projects (mandatory)
Strong experience dealing with authorities, consultants, and contractors
In-depth knowledge of:
Engineering design
Project management
Technical standards and compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
