Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities for on-site construction projects, plant expansions, and engineering packages, ensuring the best commercial and operational outcomes
• Furthermore, you will develop and execute category strategies, manage tendering processes, lead supplier negotiations, and drive procurement savings and value creation
• Managing supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement risks will be a key part of your role to ensure supply continuity and successful project delivery
• Additionally, you will oversee bid management and control, ensure timely contract awards, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the procurement lifecycle
• You will also manage critical contract provisions, including liquidated damages (LDs), milestone validation, and performance bonds, while ensuring compliance with global, regional, and local procurement requirements
• Working closely with Operations, SHEQ, Finance, Legal, Project Teams, and Regional/Global Procurement stakeholders, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and capability development within the procurement function

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• Degree in Procurement, Engineering, Delivery & Logistics, or related field
• Six to ten (6-10) years procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing sector
• Strong experience in contracts and supplier negotiations
• Experience in required commodity / function will be added advantage
