Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

Location : Bandar Sunway

Workplace option : On-site (10 am – 6pm)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and paid advertising platforms.
• Create compelling content, including ads, emails, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing strategies to enhance ROI.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

What You’ll Need

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role involves handling Mandarin content.
• Strong command of both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum Diploma, Professional Certification, or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Information, or a related field.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and other paid traffic platforms (DSP, Telegram, Sponsorship and etc).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset—ability to interpret metrics, identify performance trends, and make informed decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, handle repetitive tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
