About The Role
Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Sales Manager (Team Lead) to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position plays a supervisory in supporting the execution of our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team within the assigned division.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of six Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will provide day-to-day sales guidance, monitor performance, support customer engagement activities, and ensure the team delivers exceptional service and business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve divisional sales targets and performance objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients across the division
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management
- Coach and mentor sales staff to improve skills, product knowledge and client management capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations and support services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide market insights to inform business strategy
- Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment of resources
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
- Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate sales teams to achieve targets consistently
- Strong experience in account and relationship management with expertise in building long-term client partnerships
- Excellent knowledge of sales methodologies, sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales initiatives
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach to sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Experience in the technology, office solutions or related B2B sectors is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required
