This job is an internship for Finance students. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Intercompany (IC) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to real finance operations within a dynamic corporate environment.


What You’ll Gain:

  • Put your accounting knowledge to practise : double entry and application of accounting policies
  • Exposure to work with offshore shared service centre team(GSC)
  • Hands-on involvement in month-end closing activities and
  • Exposure of e-invoicing for both Accounts Receivables (3rd Party & Intercompany) & Payables (Intercompany only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support intercompany transactional activities and recharge accruals
  • Assist in issuing internal system (CW1) month-end journal entries
  • Liaise closely with Global Service Center (GSC) on follow-ups for non-clearing partner balances
  • Handle E-invoicing (Accounts Receivable):
    • Ensure CW1 invoice completeness
    • Perform manual input for fall-out cases
  • Handle E-invoicing (Accounts Payable):
    • Gather foreign intercompany AP invoices
    • Upload invoices to EIMS system
  • Support other intercompany-related matters and ad-hoc finance tasks

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and good sense of urgency
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • This internship working location at Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
  • Looking for intern who can join in June 2026 onward.
