We are currently seeking a Intern, Accounting (Accounts Payable) to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates would be offered 6 months of internship.

About the mission we offer you:

To assist in the daily and ad hoc tasks in the Accounts Payable operation.

Main Challenges

• Payable accounts operation: Assist in the preparation of foreign vendors’ invoices checklists with regards to tax chargeability, extraction of reports, preparation of reconciliations and data analysis
• E-invoice integration and submission: Assist in the weekly/biweekly activities including extraction of reports, reconciliation and submission of E-invoices to IRB portal and management of exceptions
• Submission of WHT and SST return: Assist in the Withholding Tax and Sales and Service Tax return submission
• Transfer pricing documentation: Assist in the preparation, data collection and data analysis
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the Accounts Payable team for any AP related ad- hoc matters as required

About you:

Degree in accountancy/finance

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and open to feedback
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
Good command of English
