The Software Product Specialist will support software product operations across AI-related software, software licensing solutions, and SPC software products.
This role will work closely with the Software Product Manager, software engineering teams, product line teams, service teams, IT/IS, operations, and customer-facing teams to support smooth software release, license integration, customer onboarding, and ongoing product operation.
Key responsibilities include supporting AI-related software product operations, software feature integration tracking, release readiness checklist maintenance, license profile setup and validation, order and part number readiness tracking, issue follow-up, documentation, training material preparation, customer onboarding support, product feedback collection, and enhancement request tracking.
The role will also help test and reproduce reported issues when needed, communicate issue details with engineering teams, track issue status until closure, and escalate critical risks or blockers to the Software Product Manager.
In addition, this position will support the preparation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documents, release notes, training materials, and internal documentation, while helping to organize product feedback from customers, sales, support, engineering, and product teams.
Software Product Specialist - AI
We are looking for a Software Product Specialist to support software product operations, product release activities, customer onboarding, documentation, training, and issue follow-up.
This role will work closely with software product management, engineering, product line teams, service teams, operations, and customer-facing teams to support smooth product delivery, software feature commercialization, and ongoing product operation.
- Support software release readiness, including release checklists, documentation, release notes, training materials, and internal communication.
- Support AI-related software feature activities, including feature integration tracking, testing feedback follow-up, model maintenance coordination, and enhancement request tracking.
- Support software licensing activities, including license setup, user process support, license data tracking, and coordination with software and product line teams.
- Support SPC software activities, including customer onboarding, trial setup, demo preparation, common product questions, and product behavior confirmation.
- Support product issue follow-up by testing and reproducing reported issues, communicating with engineering teams, and tracking status until closure.
- Collect and organize feedback from customers, sales, support, engineering, and product teams, and maintain requirement, issue, and enhancement request trackers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in software product support, product operations, application support, technical support, product specialist, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in AI-related software, machine learning applications, or AI feature support.
- Experience with B2B software, industrial software, manufacturing software, factory software, or equipment software.
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
