Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all areas at all times.
- Clean all glass panels where applicable.
- Ensure that furniture in the offices, meeting rooms, and reception area is arranged properly at all times.
- Ensure the washrooms, pantry, and canteen are clean and well maintained at all times.
- Dispose of rubbish from washrooms, pantry, canteen and workstations.
- Ensure the continuous availability of supplies such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer and hand soap.
- Assist with serving tea and coffee to visitors.
- Assist the Administration / People & Culture Department with meal ordering, uniform distribution and training room setup.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the offices and surrounding areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Minimum PMR/PT3 or equivalent.
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- SPM is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn on the job.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
