Data & KPI Tracking: Manage master data product codes to ensure consistency across sales and supply chain, and generate consolidation reports to track cylinder rotation and idle assets.
Tracking System Management (GTS): Oversee system availability, register and label new cylinders, handle user training, and collaborate with IT/Customer Service to troubleshoot and test system updates.
Value Initiatives: Implement Group improvement programs related to tracking systems and delivery process efficiency.
Cylinder Maintenance & Procurement: Update maintenance reports to schedule retesting, coordinate physical testing results with production, and work with suppliers to secure inspection certificates and permits.
Financial & Efficiency Projects: Raise Capex requests and manage the procurement flow to buy new or used cylinders, while driving cost-saving efficiency projects to improve asset utilization.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce company safety standards (including Life Saving Rules), contribute to safety catch/Near Miss reports, and lead root-cause investigations (RCA) to ensure action closure.
