Quality Assurance Executive

Job Description

1. Assist QA Officer to be responsible in the overall aspects of the quality products produced by the company comprising the incoming raw materials, work in progress and finished product produced by the company.
2. Assist QA Officer to initiate the proposal on Corrective and Preventive actions and to monitor the effectiveness of their developments and results.
3. Assist QA Officer to analyse and report to the management on the entire factory operational activities pertaining to quality.
4. Assist QA Officer to establish specifications or quality plan documents for specific contract requirements.
5. Assist QA Officer to apply controls to prevent further regressing of Non-Conforming activities pending upon evaluation of effective actions to be taken and resolution of cause(s).
6. Assist QA Officer to coordinate, develop and implement a Quality System that meets the requirements of ISO
7. Assist QA Officer to monitor Internal Quality Audit implementation program and coordinate its results, make report to management for rectifications and improvements of the QMS.
8. Assist QA Officer to ensure all equipment used for inspection are within calibration period.
9. Assist QA Officer to ensure products produce is accordance and comply the Food Act.
10. To make product inspection during the process (laboratory analysis).
11. To take actions on returned products.
12. To ensure that every testing equipment used in the laboratory and production division is calibrated once a year
