Recruitment Partner (Open to Fresh Grads)

Start your recruitment career as a Talent Acquisition Executive! Work closely with our consultants to support Singapore-based clients in finding top talent, develop strong candidate relationships, and gain practical exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Training and mentorship are provided, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
Provide feedback and support throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications
Keep recruitment records organized and up to date in our ATS
Build relationships with candidates and create a positive, seamless hiring experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
