Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample creation requests.
- Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
- Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
- Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Support export documents – Free Sale Cert (FSC), Form D, Form E, Insurance Certificate.
- To ensure regulatory compliance, experience with Fosim, DagangNet, FMM, CHUBB (Insurance) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments, track delivery timelines, and resolve logistical issues.
- Experience in preparation on reports.
- Diploma in International trade, Logistic, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistic industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good understanding of export documents, procedures, incoterms, and international trade regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Pivot tables; SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
