Job Purpose
The Senior Executive, Marketing supports the Manager, Marketing in the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives for property development projects, with responsibility for leading the operational delivery of assigned marketing activities. The role oversees sales launch preparations, marketing campaigns, and promotional executions by coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure activities are implemented smoothly, on schedule, and in accordance with approved plans. The Senior Executive is involved in creative development coordination, competitor and market information gathering, and post-campaign reporting, providing practical insights to improve execution effectiveness and support the achievement of sales targets.

Sales Launches & Marketing Execution – Assist in planning and execution of all sales launches, marketing activities, roadshows, and exhibitions while ensuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Vendor & Agency Coordination – Liaise with creative agencies, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials, including scale models, artist impressions, brochures, and various advertising media (print, online, electronic, and direct mail).

Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor real estate market trends, competitor projects, design, facilities, and pricing strategies. Conduct post-mortem evaluations to measure marketing effectiveness.

Project & Deadline Management – Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out diligently, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.

Showroom & Sales Gallery Maintenance – Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of sales offices, show galleries, and show units to ensure they are in excellent condition.

Documentation & Compliance – Track and maintain all management papers and payment documentation to ensure audit compliance.
Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competencies
Formal Education
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Communication.
Work Experience
5-8 years of experience in marketing, property sales administration, or marketing support.
