Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Metrology

As a Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within our organization.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Supporting Prototype and Development Samples Build: Work closely with our development team to build and test prototypes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Technical Handshake and Knowledge Transfer: Responsible for facilitating the transfer of technical knowledge and expertise to our Operations team, ensuring a seamless handover of projects and processes.
• Document Management: Generate and update relevant documents, including Process Specifications, PFMEA, DFMEA, Master FMEA, OJTI, T32, and PDR, to ensure that our processes and procedures are well-documented and up-to-date.
• Supplier Liaison and Verification: Work with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines, and materials used in development projects.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical critical topics for development-related projects and provide expertise and guidance to our teams, ensuring that we stay focused on our goals and objectives.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and practices.
• A strong understanding and experience in Process Metrology, including but not limited to:
• Assembly Auto vision for both Front-of-Line and End-of-Line
• X-Ray technology
• Measurement equipment and tools
• Metrology concept definition
• Good in analytical and problem-solving skills by demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Possess an innovation-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation and drive to continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Experience with automation and digitalization concepts, including but not limited to:
• Industrial automation
• Digital twin technology
• Data analytics and visualization
• Familiarity with Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and practices, including but not limited to:
• Smart manufacturing
• Cyber-physical systems
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning
