Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal financing products to potential customers via telephone. The role involves identifying customer needs, explaining financing options, and guiding customers through the application process while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Promote and sell personal financing products such as personal loans, debt consolidation, or cash financing.
• Clearly explain product features, interest/profit rates, repayment terms, and eligibility requirements.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into approved applications.
