Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives. Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps. Liaise with HRDF and training providers on various training issues. Monitor and evaluate the quality and delivery of training sessions, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) on a yearly basis. Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interview, reference checks and the Orientation Program. Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. To provide support in the areas of HR administration matters including maintaining employees’ personal file, performance appraisal, employee relations, payroll etc. Maintenance of leave administration, manpower, training reports for Management Review and ISO Audits. .ld_fancy_heading_6a4639f538dcb .lqd-highlight-inner{height:0.275em!important;bottom:0px!important;} QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in any relevant discipline. Minimum two years of working experience in the related field. Positive attitude towards work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a high degree of integrity and confidence. Possess tenacity to drive and deliver results. Responsible, disciplined hands on, and proactive. Ability to work as a team.
