Job Summary

We're looking for an organized and proactive Project/Task Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned, and ensure deliverables stay on track. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates eager to build strong project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other lifecycle channels.
• Ideate, plan, and develop content concepts aligned with customer behavior, brand tone, and business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to turn content ideas into high-performing CRM assets.
• Manage day-to-day coordination of projects and tasks, including scheduling and team updates.
• Serve as the point of contact between different departments, teams, and stakeholders.
• Keep project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports up to date.
• Track and follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Support the preparation of presentations, status updates, and internal reports.
• Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or risks to the project manager.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
