Account and Administrative Assistant

1. Responsible for day to day accounting including accounting data entries and any other related matters.

2. Maintain accurate and efficient filling system compliance with audit and statutory requirements.

3. Handle ad-hoc admin and assignments when required by superior.

4. Able to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, Insurance agent etc

Requirements

1. Preferable 1-2 years experience with accounting knowledge.

2. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

3. Knowledge in SQL system is added advantage.

4. Required skills: Ms Office and accounting software.
