Job Responsibility
- Process payment vouchers and manage creditor/customer accounts.
- Check, file, and reconcile creditor statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable for the company group.
- Process and file supplier/customer invoices with delivery orders.
- Prepare cheques and payment vouchers.
- Maintain monthly creditor payment lists.
- Support monthly stock takes.
- Contact suppliers for invoices and customers for payment collection.
- Prepare LC and invoice BA.
- Manage invoices and credit notes.
- Check hardware/software prices and request quotations.
- Audit documents from other departments.
- Verify piece rate calculations.
- Create purchase requests.
- Coordinate with IT for hardware/software installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage printer loans.
- Monitor sales team campaign phone points.
- Able to speak & write English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software System.
