Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate politely through phone, email, and mail.
  • Complete office tasks like filing, typing, copying, and binding.
  • Assist in creating customer delivery orders and invoices.
  • Record daily bookkeeping entries, such as checks and payment vouchers.
  • Update various reports and records as needed.
  • Support the accounting team with clerical work.
  • Prepare bank deposits and update the ledger.
  • Enter key financial transaction data into the database daily.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
