職位描述

  • 透過本地轉帳、支票、匯款安排每日支出交易。
  • 對供應商發票、員工索賠和每日收據進行準確的資料輸入。
  • 維護適當的文件並有系統地歸檔記錄。
  • 回覆與付款和收款相關的電子郵件/電話諮詢。
  • 以專業和誠信的態度處理敏感或機密資訊。


支援一般行政任務和辦公室協調。

  • 執行其他指派的臨時職責


要求

  • 至少 SPM 成績。擁有會計/金融或相關領域文憑者優先。
  • 精通 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel
  • 能夠使用華語、英語、馬來語進行有效溝通。 （與講華語的客戶聯絡）
  • 熟悉會計系統者優先。
  • 責任感強，獨立性強，分析能力強，工作態度積極。
  • 積極主動的團隊成員，具備強大的溝通和人際溝通能力。
