ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at PERFECT TWO AUTO PARTS SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts for our thriving auto parts business. This is a full-time position that will contribute directly to the overall financial health and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, payments, and expenses
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
