Job Responsibility

  • Pertorm full set of accounts and month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Reconcile intercompany and related party balances.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, supporting schedules, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with SST regulations, including timely submission and documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with tax agents on CP204, tax estimates, and year-end tax filing.
  • Coordinate with tax agents on corporate tax computation and submission matters.
  • Support the Account Manager in internal controls, process improvement, and year-end closing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger and financial closing
  • Familiar with SST, basic tax compliance, and audit processes
  • Hands-on experience with Auto-count accounting software and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills
