Job Responsibility
- Pertorm full set of accounts and month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile intercompany and related party balances.
- Prepare monthly management reports, supporting schedules, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with SST regulations, including timely submission and documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with tax agents on CP204, tax estimates, and year-end tax filing.
- Coordinate with tax agents on corporate tax computation and submission matters.
- Support the Account Manager in internal controls, process improvement, and year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger and financial closing
- Familiar with SST, basic tax compliance, and audit processes
- Hands-on experience with Auto-count accounting software and Excel
- Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills
