  • Monitoring subordinates.
  • Determine staff remuneration.
  • Responsible for company’s accounts and control.
  • Control of debtors and creditors accounts.
  • Control of company’s cash flow.
  • To update all accounts transaction in the accounting UBS.
  • Ensure customers invoices are properly prepared by accounts assistants with the approval prices from managing director.
  • Ensure suppliers invoices are properly documented and also ensure that the prices are approved by managing director.
  • To prepare monthly and yearly profit and loss, manufacturing account, trial balance, and balance sheet.
  • Deal with all the bank correspondence.
  • Preparation for the year end audit.
  • Ensure the utility bill are properly received and paid accordingly.
  • To prepare and checked the monthly HOD’s and managing director’s claims are submitted and paid accordingly.
  • Month end collection from customers.
  • Liaise with the company’s secretary.
  • Ensure all the documents are properly prepared and filled properly according to the file.
  • Prepare cheques for the creditors for the approval of managing directors.
  • Verified monthly payroll for staff and workers.
  • Preparation of schedules for monthly and yearly Examples : Salary schedules
  • To undertake other duties assigned or directed by managing director from time to time.

  • Candidate must possess degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Required language (S) : Bahasa Malaysia , English
