Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions on monthly basis and report on variances
- Prepare annual budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time, monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backup when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- To deal with the bank on foreign exchange
- To ensure the cash flow in different currency is adequate for the respective business purposes
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager accomplish objectives.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, problem solving and results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office application.
