Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions on monthly basis and report on variances
  • Prepare annual budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time, monthly, quarterly and annual closing
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backup when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
  • To deal with the bank on foreign exchange
  • To ensure the cash flow in different currency is adequate for the respective business purposes


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager accomplish objectives.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, problem solving and results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office application.
