Accounts Assistant

Salary: Rm 2,500

Note: Must have 2 years experience in accounting

Office based in Rasah, Seremban.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Accounting

• Record and update all the account transactions for revenue, purchases, petty cash and expenses in the accounting software QuickBooks Pro.
• Bank reconciliation of credit and debit.
• Submission of monthly aging report to clients upon request.
• Prepare and submit the invoices to all clients for all the services provided.
• Follow-up the pending outstanding payments from the customers based on the aging report.
• To assist in completing the audit queries by providing the relevant information and documentation

Payroll

• Process the payroll for the contractors:
• Timesheet extraction, calculation of the overtime claims, unpaid leaves, and other allowances
• Update the new joiner listing, new assignment, extension, rate revision, and resigned listing into the payroll system on a monthly basis
• Key in the data into the payroll system, salary entry processing
• Processing and submission of statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, PTPTN, LEVY & ZAKAT) and in the relevant portal by uploading the text file and verification of data submission.
• Liaise with the contractors on the queries raised in regards to the payroll processing.
• Prepare the CP22A Form for the foreigner contractors upon their resignation or contract expiration for the tax clearance purpose by liaising with the IRB officer.

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma and Degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Full Set Accounting
• An energetic, creative, and results-driven individual with well-written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
