Accounts Executive (WORK FROM HOME)

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Maintaining bookkeeping of client's bank transactions/feeds on Xero
• Bank reconciliations and accounts review
• Accounts Payables processing and payment
• Payroll services for clients on Xero
• Accounts Receivables invoicing
• Preparation of Monthly Management Reports
• Preparation of Weekly or Ad hoc Reporting
• Preparation of Business and Instalment Activity Statements (BAS)
• Preparation of Payroll tax lodgement
• Working within a paperless environment

Skills and experience

• Xero accounting system experience
• Bookkeeping/Accounting experience of at least 3 years
• Must be able to work remotely (Work from home full-time)
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Training and support will be provided
• Payroll experience desirable
• Accounting Qualifications desirable
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
