Job tasks and responsibilities
- Maintaining bookkeeping of client's bank transactions/feeds on Xero
- Bank reconciliations and accounts review
- Accounts Payables processing and payment
- Payroll services for clients on Xero
- Accounts Receivables invoicing
- Preparation of Monthly Management Reports
- Preparation of Weekly or Ad hoc Reporting
- Preparation of Business and Instalment Activity Statements (BAS)
- Preparation of Payroll tax lodgement
- Working within a paperless environment
Skills and experience
- Xero accounting system experience
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience of at least 3 years
- Must be able to work remotely (Work from home full-time)
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Training and support will be provided
- Payroll experience desirable
- Accounting Qualifications desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
