MSD Business Service Centers (BSCs), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSC Asia Pacific in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the AP region.

What You Will Do

• We have a broad Financial Services across the business that you can be part of
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Master Data Management
• Vendor Master Data
• Time & Expenses (EEM)
• n general, you will be part of the team that will resolve customer queries through daily problem resolution, identify and propose process improvement
• You will assist in communications with internal business customers
• You will effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture
  
  

Work Experience

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• A Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related
• Demonstrated experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company preferred, Shared Service or related
• Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies
• Experience using SAP desired
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Business Level fluency (oral and written) in the Japanese language is required
