Accounts Receivable Specialist - OTC

The Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will manage the full cycle of order processing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition. This role requires a keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive efficient and smooth financial operations.

Description

• Process customer orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Generate and send accurate invoices based on sales agreements, address billing issues, and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
• Monitor customer credit limits, follow up on overdue payments, and collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely cash receipt.
• Maintain customer account balances, track payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure alignment with general ledger and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, streamline work flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the OTC cycle's efficiency.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Open to work at AU/NZ working hours.
