About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SMART BAH TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will provide critical administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Provide customer service support, including answering and directing phone calls and responding to email inquiries
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, other documents
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Min 1 year of related working experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
