Job Scope:

  • General administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently
  • Writing emails or answering the phone to talk with client
  • To manage other tasks assigned by the superior.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethics

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Fresh Graduate will be encourage.

• Able to work at Kempas Utama office (JB).
