Job Description
We are seeking individual to take on the role of 'Admin cum Account Assistant'. This position combines elements of management and administrative task to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Office in Icon Residence, Jalan Sultan Omar, Kuala Terengganu.
Office Hour 8.30am to 5.30am; lunch break at 1.00pm to 2.00pm.

Responsibilities;

1. Administrative Tasks;
- Perform general administrative duties
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist sales in preparing sales documents & letter
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company

2. Account Management;
- Manage the company account pertaining to company's expenses and arranging payment to supplier
- Prepare sales and invoice
- Record stock data
- Preparing report for management review

3. Candidate must be able for outstation

Qualifications;

1. Education;
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Administration, or a related field preferred

2. Experience;
- At least ±1 years experience in the related position
- Proficiency in administrative task and office management
