Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Your role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies; Assisting with special projects and other tasks as assigned
  • Managing Incoming Orders from customers and outgoing Orders to Suppliers
  • Handling daily admin routines work, ad hoc tasks and etc…
  • Knowledge of submitting government documentations such as, ePerolehan, SIRIM and etc…
  • Knowledge of using SAP system, QNE system and etc…
