Admin cum Sales Assistant

About the role

Kostka Studio is seeking a dynamic and organised Admin cum Sales Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our growing creative agency.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling lessons, and parents-teachers liaison.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with sales activities, such as preparing sales proposals and following up on leads
• Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Providing support for various projects and tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
