The Senior Executive/ Executive- Administration is responsible for carrying out comprehensive administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth functioning of the business.

Responsible:

• To carry out essential sales coordination and support for all the salespersons.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices for customers.
• Make the arrangement accordingly for the delivery with the transporter.
• Oversee and supervise daily administrative and operation duties to manage and deliver effective and efficient administration support.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation, records, and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.

Education Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative or related field.
• Working experience in a Sales, Pre-Sales Support, Inside Sales, Proposal Team
