Technician - Tinting Machine

Responsibility & Authority :-

1. Support in ensuring Seamaster Color Palette Tinting Machine and its system runs at the top performance
2. Deploy, Sustain, Troubleshoot and Repair Tinting Machine Systems and Airlessco product.
3. Keeps Tinting Machine Systems operating by complying to company standards and following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.
4. Maintain service, repair and installation documents by completing forms, reports, logs, and records and submit to Sr Tech/Asst Manager.
5. Accomplishes operations and company mission by completing related results as needed.
6. Maintained positive relationships with all customers. Provided a customer service experience, that made customers feel appreciated, understood, and also confident in technician skills and professionalism.
7. Maintain accurate record of spare part on hand and placing orders to replenish spare part as needed and keep updated inventory records.
8. Recons/refurbish used Tinting Machines and accessories if needed.
9. Prepare/plan for upcoming servicing/preventive maintenance schedule as per requirement.
10. Maintains safe and clean working environment to the Customers Tinting Machines.
11. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures and protective gear to maintain safety.
12. Others job assignment as may be request by the company.

Education/Qualification : Mechanical and Electrical Background.

Experience : 2 years’ experience with related working environments.

Skills : Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and good communications skills and able to work under pressure
