Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the oil and gas sector
  • Strong understanding of refinery operations and relevant regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office management software and financial tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the administration department, ensuring efficient operations, and support for all refinery activities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and safety standards within administrative practice.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on administrative performance and initiatives.
