Job Descriptions

  • To execute the employment procedures for both local and foreigners.
  • To assist in the process of job recruitment, exit interviews and payroll, as well as to assist in analysing and reporting.
  • To conduct staff orientation or induction program to newly staff who have joined for their new role and organization culture.
  • Adhering to legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
  • To assist in administering employee welfare and benefits such as health matters, leave, etc, as well as to counselling and disciplining employees based on the enforcement of human resource staff job results.
  • To conduct investigations and maintaining records for any legal compliance towards employee and employer.
  • Communication barrier free and to manage any conflicts by resolving human resources related issues.
  • Additional experiences in licenses renewal and ticketing would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Required Knowledge to do Human Resource job well with minimal guidance.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
  • Consistently fulfil all job responsibilities and able to inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as role model.
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Academy Requirements

  • Minimum relevant Degree, or Certificate/Diploma with job experiences.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in the same or related field or 1 year as Senior HR Assistant.
