We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Clerk to support the daily operations of our agency. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, stock levels, and liaising with vendors for procurement matters.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support HR and Finance departments in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit or compliance processes as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative needs are met.


Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is an advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate clearly in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
