About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Clerk to join the team at DOREMi Sound & Light Sdn Bhd in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Providing customer service support by responding to inquiries and assisting with general administrative duties
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or clerk, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
