We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting various departments while ensuring smooth office operations and providing high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and teams across the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination of daily operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding to queries and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage office calendars, coordinate internal and external communications, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvements in administrative processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate or office setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
  • Experience with office management software and systems is a plus.
