Administration specialist (Based in Kulai or Bahru)
TITANICOM TECH LIMITED
1. Asset Procurement:
• Manage the registration and tracking of fixed assets for all global subsidiaries.
• Handle the purchase of office supplies and daily consumables in Johor Bahru and Kulai area.
2. Travel Management:
• Approve employee travel requests and arrange transportation and accommodation.
• Develop partnerships with travel agencies and negotiate hotel corporate rates. • Research and facilitate visa applications as needed.
3. Business Operations Support:
• Research and assist with company registration processes in various regions.
• Manage the records and usage of business licenses and electronic seals for global subsidiaries.
4. Office Management:
• Regularly inspect and maintain office equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and fulfill global office and warehouse needs.
• Oversee and renew lease agreements.
• Basic operation and daily management of the company's B&B.
5. Attendance Management:
• Optimize attendance policies.
• Verify and approve employee overtime records.
6. Expense Management:
• Calculate and submit administrative expenses for all global subsidiaries.
Job Requirements:
1. Administrative Experience:
• Familiarity with general administrative workflows.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong writing skills to draft accurate and professional documents.
2. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a management-related field.
3. Language Proficiency:
• Strong command of Chinese, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
4. Proficient in using Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
